Renovate the Pro Shop interior for the purpose of installing a golf simulator.  With a simulator situated in the Pro Shop, the opportunity to offer lessons and club fittings represent significant revenue opportunity for the golf course.

The remodeling expenses would relate to wall demo, reframing, and raising of the ceiling in the eastern half of the building.

Additionally, by raising the ceilings in the two rooms on the north side of the restaurant building we could install up to two more golf simulators.  By adding these simulators, there is revenue opportunity during the early and late golf season, including all winter, as well as whenever there is a “weather day” during the regular golf season.
