Refreshing the pavilion will add value to our customer’s overall experience.  The refresh would focus on creating the most comfortable, enjoyable outdoor dining and drinking experience in the area.

Areas of focus would include:

1. Remaining wall panels/doors ($10,000)
2. Patio furniture ($10,000)
3. Heating units for colder weather days ($1,000)
4. Multiple projectors and screens to watch games/events ($5,000)
5. Outdoor rated televisions ($2,000)
6. Complete re-installation of television cable wires, etc. ($1,000)
7. Premium sports cable package for commercial use ($1,000)
8. Quality outdoor speakers for live sports viewing and music. ($2,500)
9. Trim, molding, and decorative elements to accent the overall pavilion structure. ($7,500)
10. Lockable outdoor cabinets with integrated workstation for large events and to improve speed of service. ($10,000)
