<p>There are a number of improvements to the restaurant building that could be done to create a more efficient, higher quality restaurant experience.</p>

<p>Refreshing the pavilion will add value to our customer's overall experience.  The refresh would focus on creating the most comfortable, enjoyable outdoor dining and drinking experience in the area.</p>

<p>The course's entire irrigation system should be assessed for quality, and long term updates should be implemented where necessary.</p>

<p>Replace the existing septic system.</p>

<p>The entire existing parking lot needs updating, possible full replacement in some sections.  Adding additional light poles create safer parking lot conditions.</p>

<p>Improvements and changes to our Superintendent facilities will allow for safer, more efficient working conditions.  These changes will also better protect our high value equipment, and supplies.</p>

<p>Renovate the pro shop and restaurant to allow for multiple golf simulator installations.</p>

<p>Improve signage around the pro shop, the clubhouse, and on the course to ensure more efficient traffic patterns and clearer communication of course related information and announcements.</p>

<p>A successful future for Livingston Country Club must include cart paths throughout the entire golf course.</p>
